Platform

Hustle.ng, operated by BINT CLOUD LTD, connects people who post tasks with people who choose to complete them. Users are responsible for accurately describing tasks, communicating respectfully and complying with applicable law.

Wallet and payments

Task posters must have sufficient wallet funds before publishing funded work. Funds may be reserved while a task is active and released according to the completion flow. Deposit, withdrawal or payment-provider fees shown before a transaction may apply.

Prohibited use

Do not use Hustle.ng for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, dangerous work, deceptive listings, account abuse or attempts to bypass platform security or payment controls.

Task relationships

Users decide which tasks to post, apply for or accept. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users are independent platform participants and are responsible for assessing the suitability of a task and complying with relevant obligations.

Disputes and enforcement

We may review activity, preserve transaction records, restrict accounts or take other reasonable steps to protect users and the platform. Contact Support promptly if a task, payment or account issue needs review.
