Who operates Hustle.ng

Hustle.ng is a service operated by BINT CLOUD LTD. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the marketplace, wallet, messaging and support services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, profile details, task posts, applications, support messages and bank-account details needed for payouts. We also record limited technical and security information such as IP address, session activity and transaction references to protect accounts and investigate abuse.

Payments

Payments and transfers are processed through payment providers such as Paystack. Hustle.ng stores transaction references, amounts and payment status needed to operate your wallet and keep financial records. We do not store your full payment-card number or CVV.

How we use information

We use information to provide the marketplace, secure wallet funds, process withdrawals, deliver support, send service notifications, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules and improve reliability.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or work with service providers that process payments, hosting, email or other platform functions. We do not sell user conversations or personal information to advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably required for the service, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption for platform secrets, secure sessions and activity logging, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
